Payment Terms
Payment Due:
Full payment is required 90 days prior to check-in and is non-refundable.Online Reservations:
For online bookings, 100% of the total rental amount is due at the time of reservation.
Security Deposit
Amount: $700
A pre-authorization hold will be placed prior to arrival and automatically released after departure, provided no damage occurs.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are subject to a $150 processing fee.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or fax.
Cancellations made less than 90 days before check-in will result in forfeiture of all rent and taxes unless the dates are successfully re-booked.
The security deposit will be refunded if no damages are incurred.
