Rental Contract

A signed contract is required to guarantee rental of the Hanalei Beach House. Prospective tenants may download a copy of the contract document in Adobe Acrobat .pdf file format, print the contract, complete the necessary information, and fax or mail it back to HBH for confirmation of reservation dates. Please indicate full name of guests and relation of guests 3 and 4 so we know how to set up beds in 2^nd bedroom i.e.: 2 twin beds or one king-size bed.
