Rates and Policies

Maximum occupancy: 4 persons, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1000 square feet of living space.

Rent:

• $8400.00 per week Standard Rate

Security Deposit: $700 due within seven days of booking to confirm reservation.

Payment: Full payment is due 90 days prior to check-in and is non-refundable.

Cancellations/Refunds: All cancellations are subject to a $150.00 processing fee. Cancellations must be made in writing, by fax or email. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to check-in date, your full rent and taxes will be forfieted unless dates can be re-booked. Your security deposit will be returned.

Other: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Please always remove shoes while in the house. Being in a neighborhood of private homes and guest rentals, quiet is requested after 10 PM.
